This Privacy Statement applies to the Kairoi Residential Website (www.kairoi.com, the “Website”) and governs any data collection and usage. Access to the Website will be subject to this Privacy Statement.
Collection and Use. It is important to note that you may visit our Website without providing any personally identifiable information. We only collect personally identifiable information about individuals who visit our Website when the information is provided on a voluntary basis. Such instances where personally identifiable information may be voluntarily provided are through online leasing, job application and contact form submissions.

However, our Website may contain links to third party websites and social media sites. We do not monitor nor are we responsible for the privacy practices of any third party websites or social media sites linked to our Website.
Opt out. If you contact us through the Website, we may contact you regarding online leasing, job application and contact form submissions. We may also maintain a record of our correspondence. Nonetheless, you may always “opt out” of further contacts at any time.

If you are under 18, please do not use online leasing, job application and contact form submissions or send any personally identifiable information to us. If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information from anyone under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
